PG's leg was literally at a right angle. He has shattered everything in the lower half of his leg. It is a bigger break. Nothing that exists between his knee and ankle is in one piece.

It was nasty, I heard PG got injured but didn't realize it was so bad until I see it on the Matty Johns show a few weeks ago. His season must be in doubt, plus no Lance Stevenson for the Pacers.
