What a improvment for the WWE in PPV's in 2005.
Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania were both solid PPV's, and New Years Revolution got good buy rates and NWO was a above average PPV.
And now we have Backlash and Judgement Day looking very strong in upcoming weeks.

Cograts WWE

A lot better then last year.

I'm still not excited though.

WWE usually starts well (not great) and then die off and then we all rant how crap the WWE is. Seriously, they need to try something, atleast entertain your fans more you know.

Why should us fans be treated to such average storylines? To tell you the truth, I wouldn't mind Russo coming back. Of course...at times he did take it too far, however atleast he did do a few good things.

They have been better but they have not been that great! OMG I still believe that if the WWE had more stipulation matches in PPV's then they would have better buy rates. Stop putting blokes like Gene Snitsky, Tomko, Heienreich, and there are others who dead set are as stale as anything on major PPV's! Add more stipulation matches and then we would not have too many problems!

Well maybe if soem of the outcomes weren't as predictable. Like for example HHH eventually getting the title back and keeping it until the next mania

Face it, Raw needs a new top tier of stars.

We all agree that when it comes to HHH facing some randomly pushed face for the title, it's usually boring.

Please...get him away from the title...or Shawn Michaels.

Who to push as a Heel though?

Shawn Michaels? He should go to Smackdown and try and push Cena more.
Kane? His Monster gimmick has gotten stale...and the fans know he isn't that much of a threat...especially since he was beaten by Matt Hardy.
Edge? Needs to accomplish more..needs to defeat Batista once cleanly or something, or just go on some streak of sort which has him knocking down a lot of the top guys, including HHH.

Edge appears to be the best candidate so far, if he could get a win over HHH, and say Evolution has finally occured, I reckon it would set the platform for things to come.

But the likely hood of this happening is very little to none...so all I can do is pray.

Probably a stupid idea but I wouldn't mind seeing a hassan/divari feud with HHH and Flair. I think it could work, especially if HHH didn't have the title.

Another one is HHH Vs JBL, not sure if that would work, but it could be interesting to see where a battle between the Wrestling 'God' Vs The Wrestling Prima Dona ends up.

Another match for PPV I'd book is a Buried alive match between Kane and Chris Masters with Kane winning. Except I'd forget to tell Masters where the trap door is (I guess that's how they'd do it) and he can begin his new career as a potted plant ;-)

They've already done a little ground-work, too. The two have had 'words' at both joint PPV's so far this year.
