Vaella is a centre and imo don’t rate him.
Gabriel injured and also a centre
Clark or Dixon are our Jets wingers. Probably both better than Atko but Atko has atleast first grade experience and aside from aerial should do enough.

They haven't got him on the NRL injury list for some reason. I'll look further into it.

It was originally reported as being a 4-5 month injury.
That would make him another 1-2 months away.

From memory, Hiroti is due back after the bye.
I get the feeling SFB will use DA as a stop gap for a week, then after the bye we see Hiroti.

I'd prefer it be used as an opportunity to blood one of the youngsters though.
I agree with @Frenzy. in that Gabrael would be my first pick.
But, as pointed out, he didn't play this weekend.
Pretty sure it's concussion-related, though I can't find any confirmation.
He's also a predominantly a left side player, from what I've seen.

Which means Vea'ila gets the nod.
As the cap'n said, he's played wing in some trials.
The try he scored where he scooped up a loose ball and scooted away was from the right wing.

That's the way I'd be going.

I think they can't go Akko given the size of the two Roosters wingers. I think Sifas performance eliminated the fears of him being back out wide. Vea'ila for mine dispite being out of sorts in reggies is the play.
