Pectoral build-up advice?

if you want to build up your pecs then you need start at the beginning -

* ensure protein levels are sufficient
* train to failure (aim at 6 to 10 reps max) - once you punch out 10 reps, increase your weight
* ensure intensity is in every session - damage muscle fibres -> repair
* train with dumbells - utilise stabilisers more
* most import attribute in conjunction with intensity & protein = TECHNIQUE

fisrtly you will notice strength gains which will lead to building up of muscle base

allow a realistic time frame for results, more like 12 - 16 weeks provided you follow the above, to start seeing noticeable change

Failing that...Pec Implants!!

Sadly no mate, bricks are too light
Hold themout whilst you lie on the bench, for as log as yo can or at least until yo feel your pectoral fibres twitching with burn. Do that 5 times (should only take about 15 minutes and tell me you cant use bricks.
