I have a few people I'd like to punch in the face that work in a different dept to me! The simplest of tasks are made to be difficult and gruesome because they are f***ing geniused. ANNNNND they make me look bad by not being too bright and screwing over customers that I am trying to help! AH! GIVE ME A SHOVEL!
