What a fantastic player. I can't wait to see a stand named after him at Western Sydney Stadium, at this rate on opening day. Leave your tributes to the best halfback our club has ever seen.

How can we have a stand named after him when the only un-named stand is going to be the Michael Hagan Stand.

Corey Norman. Probably a lot better than Chris Sandow.

Sandow is a different kind of player, an enigma like Hayne and perhaps even Tim Smith. Stroke them right and they perform, but Norman needs no firing up. He is always ready to get down and dirty.

Norman should get the whole stadium named after him tbh.

Swifty does not have a good track record with his player predictions.

I predicted our winning streak in 2009 before it happened. As the most trusted personality on LU as voted by all the members of The Hagan Appreciation Society, I take umbridge with your sentiments.

Exatly now hindy111 predicted last season Norman would be better then Foran.

I never rated Foran even at Manly.

What does that make me?

Forgive me for thinking Cronk would have been a good addition to the roster (which could still happen if the Sydney rumors that started circulating last year and look like coming to fruition this year are true), that Sandow's and similarly Tim Smith's talent were only hindered by their off field issues and that Joel Reddy had a natural affinity for the game that made him an excellent defender and positional player. Reddy (204 first grade games, almost as many as Michael Cronin) also had the foresight to play in a premiership winning team and score in a world club challenge, something the keyboard warriors on LU could only dream about.

By offield issue re. sandow do you mean when it came to defence it seemed as though he was off the field?

A bit like some of these people he attacked against seemed like they were off the field???
Or when he put in a massive shoulder charge, the attacker felt like they were on another planet?

As for Norman, he needs a dominant halfback.

He doesn't need a dominant halfback, he just needs one that lets him get wide every now and then, and takes some pressure off him on the last tackle.
