Anyone who thinks Gould won't be able to help Penrith in their current state has no idea.

The whole Coaching structure from First Grade down needs a massive overhaul.

Penrith missed the Semi's in SG Ball for the first time in years this year and Harold Matthews came 8th. Our 20's are struggling and so are Windsor.
