his pre game intros are always enjoyable imo

i don't mind brownie - he's seems to be getting better. it's just important that the talent at the club isn't wasted before it dissappears.OVP said:And the entire league world would have FEAR written across its face. You know something Greg, my uncle Harry Eden has cancer and noone knows how long he has ... i just want him to see a Saints premiership before the big dude in the sky tells him his number's up ... i think he'd be grateful to see another Saints premiership before he goes, but unfortunately i cant see it happening with Brownie mate.

I'm starting to warm to P. Gould. His passion is infectious and he seems to really enjoy the way we play Footy.
gregstar said:it's a pity he didn't play or coach the club he supported as youngster
OVP said:Yes he played for Souths, and he also offered his time completely free of charge to try and do his best, in a very lean "signing" year to do that for them as well.
Souths fans complain what he signed for them in their first year back, but
(a) he did it free of charge to the best of his ability, and lets face it there was hardly a marquee signing available in 2002.
(b) no matter what he does, he'll ALWAYS be crucified by nobodies. The way i see it is simple .. who cares about the nobodies ? They are a dime a dozen and arent worth anything on Gould's efforts overall for this great game we ALL love.
