I live in Campbelltown and I've seen stupidity at online toilets like bigfooty that they consider Campbelltown AFL country. I've seen probably 6 or 7 AFL jerseys in the 30 years I've lived here and neither was a GWS jersey.

The one thing that they (AFL jerseys in Campbelltown) seem to bring is laughter. The corkhead wearing a sleeveless Fitzgray (or whatever team it was) jersey actually scarpered from our local greengrocers after hearing the muffled laughter.

What Rothfield fails to say is that 4-5,000 of GWS members are based in Canberra.
Also the biggest game in their history the final last year against the Bulldogs only 6200 of their members could be bothered going and the stadium held 24,000.
The team is loaded with top draft picks to ensure success, once they fall back to the pack we'll see how high and mighty they are.
