Just watched the SLTV highlights and Catalans would have been robbed to have lost. Croker seemingly scored in the corner and the took it off him and then Sheriffe scored after a forward pass and knock on.

It seemed a fair stink too, plenty thrown. How the hell they won it I'll never know. A chip and chase should never work in those circumstances because the opposition should know it's on and have it well and truly covered. It does show how good Greenshields is though and for that matter Bosc for the kick.

Unfortunately, as has been pointed out, Alex Chan is Kiwi. The French forwards don't really have much mongrel in them, come to think of it. They had a TO prop, I forgot his name, who was a bit scrappy, but of the present bunch they're all a bit nice.

Maybe they should pick some headcase from the Federales to come on against Scotland and headbutt Wallace in the 79th minute.

It'll pick up for them shortly, the longer Les Catalans are around and with the amount of juniors starting to play the game, everything will be on the up.

I'm sure they would have some huge crazy monsters coming through the LER somewhere.

Just have a look in the participation thread below this one to see the numbers starting to come through, already 20% up on last year and that was in march only around 6 months after they gave out the 27,000+ players late last year, so how many more have started playing in the last couple of months since Les Catalans have been kicking arse?
