He's played a lot more PL than 1st grade, I wouldn't expect that there's qualification criteia other than how many games you've played in 1st's compared with PL.

i'm pretty sure there's a certain number of matches you must play in order to be eligible. not sure of an exact number, though.

but here's hoping he's both eligible and fit.
