Just got back from the game today, Jets won 22-16 on full-time, I'll cut and paste the things i said about the Jets players in here for you.

Our marker defence was poor and as i've already said their big forwards, led by Lafi Manau and James Stosic smashed out of the game.

We led 16-12 with about 5 mins to go (there was no clock), but with a barnstorming Vince Mellars try outwide took the score to 16-16 Nathan Merritt missed a sideline conversion to even the game up.

Then with about 1 minute remaning, after two strong carries from Stosic and Manua, the Jets were able to take it into into our 20. Five-eighth Russell Atikin shaped for a field goal, but was rushed so he swung the ball to i think it was Beau Scott who chipped for a Jets player to land on the ball. The full-time siren went after Merritt landed the kick from near the try-line.

I'll add that Stosic was amazing today played very, very well. Merritt dropped a few bombs, but was always looking sharpe in attack.

My old man just got back from there. Apparently LooLoo had a great game, but the game was won in the forwards. Stos was awesome apparently.

Fastest way is to catch the train to redfern.
redfern is a funny place though & you will need to catch a cab.
But cab drivers only pick up people if they look like they have the ability to pay.
so take at least 1 $100 bill with you, dress well & wear your bestwatch.
when you leave the train station, ask the first person you see, where you can buy some gear(Jets clothing) and flash the $100 bux at him. Do this on the street whilst waiting for a taxi. Any passing taxi will spot you doing this & will stop & pick you up andtake you straight to Henson park.
Pretty straight forward really.
