I love this article which proves the MRC (Luke Patten) at his best going against Saints at every opportunity. His bias for Saints is just so evident yet he keeps getting these NRL top positions. Billy Slater and Kyle Felt not charged, Fale misses one and possibe2 if he fights charges......

Fale may yet look to challenge given a similar incident in 2013 saw Melbourne Storm fullback Billy Slater collect then Canterbury Bulldogs product David Klemmer in a similar manner, but not be charged despite being placed on report.

Another incident in 2023 saw then North Queensland Cowboys winger Kyle Feldt do similar to Dolphins halfback Sean O'Sullivan, but like Slater, he wasn't charged.

I have read somewhere recently that there is actually a rule at the judiciary where you can't use previous incidents as evidence if they weren't charged. So even if an incident is literally identical, if it wasn't charged you can't use it as evidence to defend yourself.

What about evidence that a certain team cop charges for offences that other teams don't? Paten has to be investigated. I would love someone in the press to pick up on this like they have with the protected species (Crichton and Lattrell).

Buchanan was the player involved with Kyle & is battling to play this week yet Kyle was unconscious for 5 minutes from the same incident & is apparently ok to play this week.
I’m aware of delayed concussion etc but surely from a player safety perspective he can’t be playing, can he.
