Yes, if he is under contract then the club he plays for say the Broncos pay 200,000 for him, then the Tigers will pay 100,000 of it but the money is not included as part of the Tigers salary cap!

The Storm cancelled his permission to negotiate sometime around early in the finals or late in the season and he's gonna factor into the Storm backline for 2005 with the club releasing ben mcdougall to scotland.
