Well hopefully he replaces Criag Hall next season. I hate Hall, he may make plenty of metres from dummy-half but he has too many errors and is really crap under the high ball. All he does is stand there and let the opposition jump over him. Our back will hopefully look something like this:

1. Seage
2. Quinn
3. Gidley
4. Tighe
5. Cooper

its Port Moresby Vipers...they used to play Queensland Cup in 1996/97...in a perfect world they'd be in MY expanded comp!

But i doubt we will ever use him as a goal kicker unless he kicks like El Masri because right now we already have Johns, Abraham, Gidley. Both Johns and Gidley kick goals at about 70% and Abraham is around 80%. What we really need is his speed and his abilty to take high balls. Ever since Tahu left we have been lacking that speed and that extra option in attack.

its Port Moresby Vipers...they used to play Queensland Cup in 1996/97...in a perfect world they'd be in MY expanded comp!

What about between the Sharks and Dolphins?

Its a Brahma bull from the NTRL logo...its supposed to be representative of a Darwin team which I would also have in MY expanded comp! I'd put a team from Christchurch into the banner coz I'd like to see one there too but I can't think of a nickname/logo for them. Any suggestions welcome!

Christchurch Cardinals? Cougars? Crows?

I like Cardinals but I don't think it'd make sense to have a bird that wasn't native to that area...might have to do some research myself!

I think crows are pretty well everywhere. Cardinals was the first thing to pop into my head. It's got a great ring to it!

Funny you should say that. When the Lion Red Cup started up here in the early-mid 90's one of the teams from Chritchurch was known as the Canterbury Cardinals
