wasnt graham appo PNG or was he torres strait??? anywayz that guy played for sooooooooo many clubs..i remember in the 1998 daily tele team album hes in the adelaide and canberra photo ahahaha

Southern Division are helped by having the majority of the population and cash in PNG with Port Moresby and a few other major towns under its region.
