No brainer has to be the one close to the cbd and on the water

Hopefully down the track the ground gets serious upgrades
2.5 years they best make a decision soon! That stadium needs a lot of work. Did they really say they wanted it to be 50k? If so then thats a brand new stadium build.
Santos stadium is just scaffolding. At least the water front one has concrete stands to develop. Filling in the corners might add an additional 10k to the current 25k. Though adding proper seating to the stands will probably reduce their capacities. Neither stadium currently has much by way of corporate options by looks of it.

Whilst near the sea front its in a weird spot as its literally a roundabout surrounded by big roads!

Can’t see how they upgrade that

Knock down those concrete stands and building again is surely the way to go ?

I would prefer they play out of that then do a full rebuild later at larger capacity than waste money on that and it’s still 25k

If the money was available then 50k plus would be awesome

Looks like a good spot for a ground being near major roads

If you zoom in one stand behind the sticks is corporates

Ive never seen a stadium designed as a major roundabout! How do pedestrians get to it?

Theres no seating at moment, looks like concrete terracing. I wonder what capacity would be with seats in it?

Looks like there’s a fence around it with an entry on one side

Close to the water is nice

And the downtown cbd

Esp if the players resort is on the bit of land on the water to the left of that stadium
