How can we comment or vote on how negotiations were handled? Do we know how they were handled? We only know what we are being told by others....and even if the poll overwhemingly says that they were handled badly or appropriately what does it prove?

Something that Edwards has said this morning has changed my opinion about Tew and Burraston:

‘‘If you read our offer, it states we will underwrite $10million sponsorship and corporate hospitality. They tried to change the definition from sponsorship and corporate hospitality to sponsorship and corporate hospitality associated with sponsorship. ‘‘They said if you do that and count all corporate hospitality, not just corporate hospitality associated with sponsorship, that gets the figure up around $8.9million. We asked them to show us the detail, and for the purpose of drafting we left the offer as it was while we were waiting for the due diligence to come through.’’

Quite right Macavity I actually thought a Tinkler option afterwoulds would have been appropriate, and B-dos I said "It almost seems like".

Just interested in oppinions plenty of sh*tfights in other threads for us all to induldge in.

Alex I considered that but I wanted people to be honest without them happening to be paranoid about someone attempting to crucify them later on for having a different oppinion 8 months later.(Yes perverse thats a dig at you.)
