If Brett doesn't make the NSW side it will be a farce. Who would be in front of him?

Hayne... no.
Uate... no.
Merritt... maybe, though Daley said he wasn't in line at the moment.

Unless you're referring to Josh Morris who I believe was named as 18th man.

Hayne would certainly be in front of Morris.

Interesting morris is there when talk it he wont make nsw
Talk from whom? Not the NSW coach, he expected him to be picked for Australia, and will select both brothers, given fittness. Talk from whom? It is bull.

He's clearly there for utility value/injury cover. Obviously if all they wanted was a reserve hooker Farah would have got the nod. Kind of pointless when you already have the best player in the world at hooker though, who can easily play 80 mins.

But cue 10 pages of people ignoring this and having a sook anyway..

People wont ignore this because they'll just think you're full of shit. His value is 0 in a rep jersey.

NZs only chance, C Smith goes down in the first 5 minutes, Austalia gets Gidley.

skeepe is on the money, The Gidley love is not a natural thing, reminds me of random Manly prop for NSW. WTF?

Pretty reasonable side, although Kidley shouldnt be there - he's not a shit footballer but he's just getting back to fitness for Newcastle, doesnt deserve Aus selection. Think Luke Lewis is a little fortunate as well.

Aaron Woods must've been close, he's been excellent.

Being shit in a lot of positions does not make him a utility. It just means he's flat out shit...

Would have had Hannant or Merrin ahead of Lewis, leaning toward Merrin since he can play front or back row. It was an opportunity to blood a young player given the WC is at the end of the year. Farah would be better than Gidley, Gidley is horrible at fullback and he is bad in the halves. Farah has a better kicking game and better running game.

Not sure I would have started Thaiday in the back row either. Still a decent side and Lewis tends to rip in when he is coming off the bench.

Wasn't there talk earlier this year of him possibly starting off the bench for the Knights if Roberts kept improving at 7? Jack of all trades, master of none.

I was referring to form. So once again... Hayne... no.

Besides the fact that Hayne has been NSW's just about our man of the series every year he has played regardless of his club form, what form does Morris have exactly?

Hayne should be first picked. He is our X factor player who can turn a game on his own.

one year... Definitely not last year.

Morris has been strong in an ordinary team. It is Josh if anything who is lucky to be there. His form is back to what it was when he was dropped to NSW Cup.
