As far as jerseys go I'd agree with you, but this is training kit. The coaching staff need to be able to quickly distinguish members of different training categories.

It's possible.

The colours could indicate squad status. They could also indicate fitness, injury status or they might just be three arbitrary groups thrown together for circuit training, though that's unlikely due to the groups having uneven numbers.

Given the yellow group only had four members, and two of them are Sandow and Barba, the groups could be based on which training program they're on - the yellow group being guys who can't afford to lose any weight or something.

I dunno. I'm just throwing it out there.

The purple group seemed to contain all the big boys. O'Hanlon was in the green group.

There's only so many colours. They needed three different colours that stand out from the general blue of the training uniforms, so they've gone with green, yellow and purple.

There's still red and orange they could have gone with, but they're both worse colours than purple.

I would of thought even a child could figure out the difference.

We are BLUE & GOLD and that should be the colours used in ALL our gear. I am not about to do a Raider Pete and suddenly desert over to the Raiders(not that there is anything wrong with that Pete) or jump over to the freakin Storm.

We are PARRAMATTA...Blue & Gold and will never fold!!!

So if there is anyone within the hierarchy of the club on this forum reading this, pull your head in and fix it!!!

All our club clothing should be variations of blue & gold and nothing else. Formal functions - players/officials to wear gold suits, blue shirts, gold ties and blue shoes.
Everything else is either blue with gold trim or gold with blue trim.
Every sponsor should also change their colours to blue and gold or they can't be displayed on official Eels apparel
