there is no under 20's origin is there?

I thought it was under 19's, hence this year players born 1989 and after

TBH I dunno but they should make it Under 20's...to keep in line with the comp. The way Sandow has been for Souths along with pettybourne they will be there I think if here is an Under 20's origin.

In the past its alwasy been qld u'19's vs nsw u'19's and the junior roos have always been an under 19's side.

i read somewhere that this yr the format has been changed to accomodate 4 the 20's and there is now a Qld and Nsw 18's team instead of the traditional 17's

it is up to the individual player. if he wants to represent Jnr NZ and be first in line he will declare for the KIWIS.

Alex Glenn was offered a spot in the qld u19 team last year but turned it down because he desperately wants to play for kiwis. he was rewarded with a kiwi jnr jersey later in the year.

having said that.. i cant believe gus gould using the sonny played for jnr nsw as an excuse that he should play nsw snr. benji marshall played for jnr roos but plays snr kiwis. junior rep games are just that. rep games. not tests.

im sure nz selectors dont rules guys out if they play rep games for nsw etc but it doesnt help their cause if theyre fringe players.
