Check out the Premier League table after last weekend’s games.
Balmain - the only unbeaten side - are on 13 points. That is 4 points clear of the Roosters, Cougars and Dragons who are all on 9.
Next Balmain game is 1.10pm on Sunday against Manly at Leichhardt before first grade.

Lets hope we don't get complacent against manly - 1 game in three weeks isn't a great preparation and I want us to keep at least that difference between us and the other teams because we still have a bye to come that we won't get points for

Its a credit to the boys that they've managed to stay unbeaten despite even though we've played two of the other top four sides AND lack a top class goal kicker

Lack a top class goal kicker! Ben Carney is knocking them over from everywhere. Against St George he is 35 metres out, the whistle has gone, he is under pressure, half the side cant bear to look, need the kick to get a draw - and it sails over. No drama for Ben the boot.
