GI was down for an age getting his arm taped and you would think that maybe the lads try a 40/20 ir something like that while he was down. Even better GI was holding that arm for a good 10min afterwards and every kick wr sent down kept going to hunts wing.

When I was in Perth for work one of my roles was to sack and give voluntary redundancies to 6 people. It was easy to do when problem children were involved but very difficult with decent people. It is apparent that Kearney is a decent bloke with the right intentions. He just doesn't have it. It will be difficult but necessary to dismiss him.

I'm glad you asked.

My point was that Kearney has the confidence of the people that matter, including the other members of his staff, but most importantly the confidence of his employers.

He sounds clueless. He is well-intentioned, but he lacks the ability to organise and manage this particular group of players. I think his vision just doesn't fit their talents.

He's a nice guy, but the sooner we part ways the better.

My point was none of us know what's going on behind the scenes. You watch the game, see our players fail to compete and blame the coach.

We can't sign contracted players mid-season unless their clubs release them, and our young blokes won't improve without playing first grade football. That means we're stuck with this level of performance until our young blokes become first graders, and we are able to replace the guys who are past it.

Until then what's the point of blaming the coach?

as for SK - i also feel for him .... its not all him - we clearly have players who don't concentrate etc etc .... it'd be a f'n stressful role and i believe he's doing all he can to turn it around. I just don't know if it's in him at the moment
