We have recruited well. Our juniors are great.

The problem with having so many promising juniors in a team that is travelling so well is firstly that they could find it hard to break into first grade thus they go elsewhere to make their mark eg steve turner.

Secondly they make it to first grade but play so well they or another player becomes unretainable. No examples yet but they'll come. I think.
