lettings hoping Willie and Hyane both player, in my opinion a lot of our season depends on these two guys playing the majority of the games. Hayne - well we know what he can do. Willie just gives us that bit of class in the backline which we so lack.

Would be a big boost if either player came in - if it's both then that's great!

When does Wenty play - if it's on the weekend perhaps Blair and E. Tonga will drop back to keep match fit?

I'd doubt that. No decision on Hayne or Tonga will probably be made until Sunday or Monday so SK would want to keep Esi and Blair fresh in case they're Hayne and Tonga don't make it.

Fair enough, you'd only want to settle on your 18 for a Friday night match on Thursday, Saturday match on Friday, Sunday match on Saturday etc...

Never been a Matthew Johns fan, but here's his take on our chances during last week.

http://www.smh.com.au/sport/the-fitz-files/smash-hit-that-should-be-given-a-miss-20120309-1upo2.html

Triple M's Matthew Johns on the underperforming Parramatta: ''You've got to stop shooting the jockey and you've got to shoot the horse. At the end of the day, if these blokes don't make the eight they should take a blanket out to Parramatta Stadium at full-time in round 26 and do what they do to underperforming horses.''

Johns has a point.

The one constant to the shit attitude and yo-yo performances in our club over the years is the senior players. We focus on the players Kearney has brought in, and the ones he is yet to bring to the club. But maybe we should be looking at the ones he's had to get rid of, and more importantly the ones he still needs to get rid of.

Anyway, last year Kearney didn't have the cattle; this year he does (specifically a decent halfback). If the players don't perform this year you'd realistically have to blame them and the coach.

If he can't get them to perform it's his job to replace them. The buck stops with him.
