Big opportunity for Price to impress in 2013 if he can get the Dragons to fire, his stocks will rise along with an upgraded contract. He had a mediocre 2012 but that can all change if he can motivate the team and build a winning culture at the club next season.

Wont be head coach at saints after next year.

I honestly think some people want us to go badly or Price to get sacked just so they can gloat about being right, give Price a chance! If people think a coach needs to prove their worth after only one season are dreaming, Hasler almost got the spoon in his first season as coach, Bennett missed the finals in his first year (with a team of superstars) and Bellamy's team could not win 3 games straight until a few season later.

I'll be sticking with Price as I believe he has the potential to be a seriously good coach he proved himself in the lower grades, having won the comp in 2005 and beating a team 102-8 now is his chance to prove himself in the top grade.

If Doust is talking to another coach, it won't matter how well Price goes in 2013. A deal for 2014 wouold most likely be sealed early in the new year. I doubt very much if Doust would replace Price during the 2013 competition; accept for maybe giving the assistant coach a more active role - on the quiet.
