There is a newish show out in the US called Prison Break, and well, it's about breaking out of a prison. I know it sounds like a stupid idea but it is actually one of the best shows I have ever watched. Far better than Lost, The OC, One Tree Hill and all the other shows that go around my college.
If you get a chance download the first few episodes of this and try it out, it's brilliant. It's up to episode 7 now and I think episode 8 aired either last night or today in the US.
