Pros and Cons

haven't been left so sour after a win for a while. I got my hopes up too high.

the players looked very unfit by the second half. none of them had anything for the whole second half.

also I don't think Richards is getting enough love. for all the doubt on him he did better then most considering all he had to work with was Anasta kicking the ball over his head. plus his kicking is just great.

Please, you thought it was you and Benji against this forum and now that he is gone you will rag on Robbie every game.

Man stop this stupid shit. I'm glad Benji is gone. I'll rag on Robbie when I think he deserves it and he is giving me plenty of opportunities and has for a long time. Its not like who is your best friend - its about my opinion on how the team is going.

I love Robbie and he was at one point a great player. I still think he has more ability in him than Cameron Smith but he just doesn't seem to take the right option or come up with the right play when it is needed.

Guys, I'm a Dragons fan and was at the game, I was in grandstand, almost on the halfway line, so great view of structure and formation, both teams need to fix that, but noted Tigers completely lost it in the last 25 minutes or so. No structure at all, bunched up...sure they were almost running on empty by then, but even so....
. U guys will be tebuilding for a few years, not sure if the balance of youth and experience is there? Blair is really a passenger...

Fair enough but understand if others don't agree when what you are typing seems to indicate that Robbie is our biggest problem when he is a hooker, having spent time in hospital and according to the live nrl stats made more metres than two of our starting back rowers (Blair and Thompson) and one of our bench front rowers (ava), more tackle busts than everyone bar Teddy and Tapau, more tackles than everyone and with 1 offload, 1 line break, 1 try and only 1 recorded error.

Sure he gave away three penalties but as I said he preformed better than at least 10 other players out there today

What a dissapointing performance, maybe the disruptive week with some players being quarantined had some effect on the teams display.TBH players coming back from injuries may help our cause but others that stand around doing bugger all wont.

After seeing the Sharks trial I was impressed with their line defence. Today it was back to the shirt grabbing and not wrapping the ball up. I thought bodene was our worst. Flat footed in defence and offers nothing in attack

Robbie has held this team together for years, he has hardly been 'stuffing us up'! He didn't have his best game today, but his defence and service was great and apart from one shocking kick had a good kicking game. Our forwards were embarrassed, it's hard for hookers and halves to do anything against a badly beaten pack. Our defence up the middle was woeful.

I really hope our performance was due to the disrupted week because we will cop it against Gold Coast if we continue with this form.

I was at the game and was very close to Koro, he is a massive liability in defence, needs a stint in NSW cup.
I hope with all the players we get back we can build a solid fg team but tbh it looks like we are headed for the spoon this year...all my hope disappeared today

Our kicking game was terrible today. Two tries conceded after nothing kicks that the Dragons easily caught in their in goal (leading to 7 tackle sets from the 20).

Our forwards have too many bonehead passes/stupid penalties in them.

Boys, did you watch your NSW Cup team play on the weekend? I'll make the call now, Blake Austin will go into 6 and Anasta who should never be allowed to kick the ball should move to lock. Tigers really missed Galloway.

Yeah exactly....Anasta wont be moved from the 17 looks like we are stuck with him. Hopefully he will get injured and everyone can save face.

Our back row is where the real problem is. The connection from the ruck to our backs is just non existent.

Run hard, run multiple angles and throw offload if and when appropriate and tackle your ring out.

Doesn't seem like rocket science but they struggled

Struggling to think of a pro. Maybe, Richards.

As soon as Fulton went down and we had no protector for Luke Brooks - the game went belly up. They were a f**king disgrace from that moment onwards.

Surely, Austin must get the 6 jersey. How did he go in the NSW Cup?
