...and I have a guy who is leaving the club next year. Who is signed and sealed to go to our enemy and who will play no part in our future. So why would I develop him for another club when I can continue to develop an up and coming young backrower who features in our plans next year and will gain valuable experience in these conditions.

Hang on...no I'll go with guy leaving because he has shown to make no impact at all this year.
