This game has vibes of the 1 v 4 game last year everyone talked up Manly and Melbourne gave them a lesson.

Re watch the Round 9 game. After Taylan scores we go away from our game plan this is the game when we had no Ivan or Ciraldo, So I am not sure the bench was used properly

It was 16-10 included the Penalty try to Mahoney.

Taylan scored in the 53rd minute. The next set we get an early 6 again then JFH does a stupid offload and turns it over

Next set they put the kick and Edwards lets it bounce and they score

We had the ball for 4 tackles in that 10 min period, That was where the game was lost

The 2nd time of course the send off but again the possession in the 1st half was something crazy their way.

We did make a few errors but so did they. Offloads were 13-0 their way that was the major difference

So being a wet track stops the offloads

Two things were mainly responsible for the first loss outside of Parra playing well.

1) Kikau going down with the eye injury and going off HIA. They scored a quick try and then the penalty try
2) JFH dropping the ball in midfield when we had taken full control in the middle of the second half. Another two quick tries against.

Kikau going off is what has me worried about our bench balance. If Sorro goes to second row due to an injury we're expecting a lot from Kenny and Spencer...

I wouldn't read too much into that. When they are on they defend pretty well. The numbers are skewed from when they play like shit. It will depend which Parra turns up tonight. I think we still win either way.

Someone on instagram called Taylan a hood rat, Taylan's gone and messaged him calling him a keyboard warrior and to say it to his face at the game.
