Both teams fight tooth & nail to be declared the underdog.

Call me crazy, but I think I'd rather be favourites. Wanting to have a better team is a little controversia,l I know, but I'm a bit crazy like that.

The last time i looked Papalii played in Origin 1.

I dont remember him playing. I remember a cheap shot on Gallen, then nothing. Can anyone confirm this?!

We are missing maybe the greatest halfback the world has ever seen. Cooper Cronk,

Lol. You lose the second best halfback currently playing and replace him with the best. Derrrr, UNDERDERGS!

When you lose your inforcer (Papalii) and your Halfback,(Cronk) and you have injuries to your best player, (Inglis) and Slater, i think you earn the right to be underdogs after losing on your own home ground

Losing Papali is more of an advantage to QLD. DCE replaces Cronk as a better all round player. Inglis and Slater have been named to play. And you think you are underdogs because you lost at your home ground, despite the ref gifting QLD 5 sets on NSW line in the dying minutes? QLD lost that game, despite being heavy favourites.

NSW are without their right edge, as well as missing our best prop (Fifita, our 'inforcer'). I think that one-ups your loss of pea-heart Papali.

if we lose we win.

Nope. If you lose, you lose. As in, the series. Then those busted down players of yours will try to turn up next year, get jnjured, cry, and lose again. A new era begins. And QLDerps will whinge that Origin is dead.

And the cycle continues.

Sounds like Slater, the self-harm protector and DCE will all play. Qld solid favourites once again.

You NSwelshmen keep putting your big feet into your own mouths. We now have lost Parker along with Papa and Inglis will be on one leg along with Cherry and Slater.
If we do manage a victory, it will go down as the greatest the world has ever seen.

We now must be bigger underdogs than the Mighty Ducks.
Only the rugby league Gods can secure victory for the Maroons in Sydney. We must surely now be 10 to 1 of winning, or even coming with-in 30 points of the Blues.

This will go down in the history books of Origin folklore if we get with-in 30.
The whole team should be immortalised and put in bronze.
QUEENSLANDERS, FOREVER THE UNDERDOGS.

Chinese Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients:

4 cups overnight rice
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/8 tablespoon salt
1/4 tablespoon sweet soy sauce (ABC Kecap Manis)
3 dashes white pepper powder
1 skinless and boneless chicken breast (cut into small cubes)
1 Chinese lap cheong/sausage (diced into small pieces)
1/2 cup baby shrimp
1/2 cup green peas
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
2 eggs (light beaten)
1 small piece of salted fish (diced into small pieces)

Method:

Heat up a wok with two tablespoons of oil.
Add salted fish and fry until aromatic, set aside.
Using the same oil, saute the garlic until aromatic.
Add in chicken, baby shrimp, Chinese sausage and peas and stir fry until they are half cooked.

Season with salt and continue to stir-fry until they are 80% cooked.
Add in the overnight rice and stir well with the ingredients.
Add in soy sauce, fish sauce, sweet soy sauce, white pepper powder and continue to fry the rice for a couple of minutes.

Make a “well” in the middle of the wok and pour the beaten eggs in the well. Wait for 30 seconds and then cover the “egg well” with rice. Leave it for 30 seconds and continue to stir-fry the fried rice so the eggs form small pieces and mix well with the fried rice. Add in the fried salted fish and do some quick stirs, dish out and serve the Chinese fried rice hot.

Qld are now massive underdogs for the first time in eight years. Leveling up in NSW against the NSW/Hayne juggernaut with injuries to key players will be difficult. If QLD win it will be on of the biggest upsets in Origin history. :)

Yep, we're the underdogs. Good call and one we are happy with.

Wow, typical NSW supporter you are, leave out facts and make up your own little stories to boot.
The last time i looked Papalii played in Origin 1.
Can anyone else support this,.
We are missing maybe the greatest halfback the world has ever seen. Cooper Cronk, but that is ok, it means little to you because it is not your halfback, not a future immortal in waiting, Woods or Gallen. haha
Cherry Inglis and Slater are all injured. None might make the game, yet you dismiss this as being paranoid on my behalf.
When you lose your inforcer (Papalii) and your Halfback,(Cronk) and you have injuries to your best player, (Inglis) and Slater, i think you earn the right to be underdogs after losing on your own home ground.
Even you cant be that dumb and call Queensland the favourites to win game 2 in Sydney on your home ground.

As for bringing a second team into Brisbane, should have happened 5 years ago. Gallop sat on his arse did nothing.
inforcer ????

Yeah, the brown rice makes it that much better, but I will concede it is an acquired taste. Brown jasmine rice is also very good.
