QLD Were Robbed!

*Can't believe QLD were penalised for laying too long all over NSW, when both teams were guilty. Where was the consistency!

*Are you kidding me Hayne or whoever it was for punching JT from the ground -No Penalty

*Are the refs blind? -The ball CLEARLY bounced off Uate into Boyd (knock-on) and then they award the try!!?

*Why the hell wasn't Greg Bird sin binned for pushing a player down once the penalty was given?

*And Jennings? -Should have been sent off, on report and been given 18 weeks for that punch

*My god the refs in that game. Would have been 96-10 for... f**k who am I starting to sound like now????

I thought QLD were lucky to have won, I actually think NSW were the better side for most of the game... this is what I saw from watching the game

1.they had better field position

2.their forwards were gaining the advantage up the middle

3.they made more meters per set of 6 before the kick

4.their back line returned the ball from the QLD kick better than slatter and co

they also had better attacking opportunities, the biggest difference is that QLD converted their minimal opportunities while NSW just couldnt make that last move when the goal line was infront of them...

for me Asheley harrison or brent tate should of been 'man of the match' I dont know how many times brent went up for the high ball and made so many meters from dummy half he put hodges to shame that night...robbie farah also had his best game for NSW I think.

Disgraceful reffing last night. QLD are filthy!! Definitely the final nail in the coffin for Origin. QLD should pull out of the series in protest.

I knew that Tate wouldn't let us down. His defence on QLD's right hand wing is much better than the other fellows QLD has had in the team in 2011.

I hope that he remains available for Games 2 and 3.

Tate showed some pretty good fleet of foot for a guy who's had 3 knee reconstructions. Thought it was a no-brainer Tate for motm.

If only Roy and HG were around to revive their "Nobody's talking Tate"/"Everybody's talking Tate" gag...

The only parts i disagree with are Jennings should only get about 12 weeks and we would have won 88-10 because nsw were slowing down the play the ball all night so we had less time to score points.
