i dont believe they are. in all three cases titans and simcorp are defendants and are being sued together by third parties.

these are the cases where simcorp is against the titans and vice versa...

OK, Savage,

That's enough. No more casting aspersions about Michael Searle.

He is the League's Golden Boy - just like Andrew Johns and Brett Stewart used to be. Even if the Centre of Excrements is a house of cards then the Titans collapse, that is no reason to doubt the credibility of the Gold Coast - even if that's four attempts and four dysmal failures.

And even if Searle is CEO and ultimately responsible for all of this, we need to be fair. He is in Europe on holidays in mid-season plus his current priority is managing the affairs of a couple of surfers. Even if the Titans collapse and damage the game even further, he should still be our golden boy to lead rugby league on the path to glory.

Ater all, David Gallop loves him. Shouldn't that be enough for everyone?

It is a real pity the the GC franchise seem to have over financed what they can actually achieve in terms of financial solvency.

Wouldn't it have been nice to see something about half as expensive as the "Centre Of Excellence" and maybe start getting decent crowds back to games by having realistic pricing

But surely the NRL vetted their finances in full detail befor they were given the nod over the CC Bears?

If not, then this means Gallop and the NRL gave them an NRL licence based on a "future development" scenario i.e. pie in the sky stuff? If so, then there needs to be a commission into the whole affair.
