in a word......."coach"

and eelectrica hit the nail on the head...BS has a new halfback every year, its like he just has to get the enxt model, play with till its broken and then get a new one

he is never staisfied and for a coach who is suppossed to be able to mould players and bring old ones back to life....he seems to not back his own judegment very often.....because why can't we have a halfback (and a 5/8 for that matter) and stick with them for more than a few rounds???

I'd prefer a better coach at the moment. I'd feel a lot safer knowing someone else was in charge. A top line coach in in charge of every player, a top line halfback could still falter under a bad coach.
