Would be much more confident if Mullo was playing but I think we can win. Don't really know how the Panthers are expected to go this year. We need to win these games against other possible top 8 teams right off the bat to make sure we are in with a shot for a top 4 finish.

What I feel is in our favour is the fact that penrith have a lot of new players in their team this year. It may take them a few weeks to gel, especially with a new 6 and 7.

Being away against a fresh new panthers outfit and Mullo makes me more nervous then earlier in the pre-season. But i'd say we should still win, cant wait for the footy to come back

Yeah, what makes anyone think our pack is better than theirs? We've got them covered in the backs, and if Mullo was here we'd have them in the halves comfortably too... but the Panthers have a great pack of forwards. I reckon they've got us there.

Is Idris playing? I'd say we have the edge there if he isn't and on par if he is. Leilua v Whare will be a quality matchup, though.

Panthers have the edge in the forwards on paper but it will be a good battle I reckon.

Hard one to tip IMO, but I think Newcastle, just.
