I'd much prefer Holdsworth. Far better defender and defence wins premierships. DJ has his off moments but he has also grown to be a handy utility. Ennis will be in charge, not DJ and I'm sure he'll step up.

I wouldn't want Barba any where near the team come finals, simply because he hasn't proven himself. He was absolutely awful in the first half of NSW Cup on Sunday and despite improving his defence he is still a speed bump. His kicking is far less impressive than Holdsworths and the fact he has little experience the pressure would surely get to him.

I wouldn't mind him off the bench perhaps, in place of Hickey. Provide a little bit of a spark but that's about it.

I think for this game Holdsworth fits best. Barba's probably more talented but he is very unpredictable. Imagine a halves pairing of Barba and Ben Roberts .

At least you know what you get with DJ. I hope he steps up and get some of his haters of his back. I don't mind Bulldogs 4 Life idea of having Barba be the spark of the bench.

I don't have a lot of faith in Holdsworth's defence, but he appears to be playing for his future over the next few weeks, so perhaps he'll surprise me and aim up. I think Barba at this stage is a bench proposition at best, but I wouldnt take any of teh current benchies away to make room for him.
Let's just hope there are no more major injuries between now and October.
