We're playing how we have most of the year, absolutely shit. Our commitment in defense is all that's keeping us in matches. We have been mostly insipid for over a month now. I want to see some of this beautiful Stoneball that everyone keeps telling me about. The odd flash of individual brilliance seems to be our only way to score points.

The only positive is we are only 6 behind. We have had more tackles in their 20 and ended with zilch

I'm a Rick Stone fan but if anything from that half was tactical then he's had a shocker. It looked like our plan was to win 2-0 if we could. Into the wind doesn't mean you actively try not to score, kick the ball on early tackles and hand over cheap possession, run sideways and everything else we did wrong.

Countless opportunities to put some points on the board and I don't remember us even breaking a tackle we were that predictable.

Hard to say. We're again lucky that the Dragons have got just about nothing in attack. I hope Stone gives them a massive rocket, particularly the halves.

Vai Vai stuggled after a few hit ups last week. I reckon he would have been a massive liability defensively in the heavy tonight. He's far from fit enough to play firsts.
