Rehab Report | Injury Updates following round 9​

Peter Mamouzelos dislocated his right elbow in the final minutes of the Magic Round game against the Knights. The elbow was put back in place following the game and his arm was placed in a cast. The cast has now been removed and Peter will have an MRI scan later this week to determine the extent of the damage to his elbow and a potential return date.

Alex Johnston is on track with his rehabilitation from a hamstring injury and is expected to return to play in round 11.

Mikaele Ravalawa is continuing his rehabilitation program from his hamstring injury and is on track for a return in round 13.

Cody Walker and Jack Wighton are both progressing through their rehabilitation programs from a hamstring strain and calf tear respectively. Both are aiming for a return in round 14.

Shaquai Mitchell made a successful return to play last weekend in NSW Cup following his hamstring injury and has been named on the extended bench in NRL this week.

Jamie Humphreys has been named to return from his hamstring injury this weekend in the NRL squad.

Had a bad time at the game today Dogs fans tried to force us out of our regular season seats we have those seats at every home game they were abusing us as well. Security were useless.

Also in the Storm delay I got pushed from behind by a Dogs fan and now have a sore back. You shouldn’t have to feel unsafe at the footy.

My mate in the Burrow too Dogs fans came in with 5mins left just to verbally abuse Burrow members for chanting South Sydney. Again unacceptable behaviour.

I am calling the club in the morning to complain not that it’ll do anything.

That footage has made it online, young girl having to be held back and then giving the finger before the father unzips his jacket like superman to show his dogs shirt. No need for it and is just one of many reason why dogs fan will always have a bad reputation

Would love to know if there's an underlining reason Souths have had so many injuries over the past few years.
I understand things like Keon and Jye's injuries are freak things, but it feels (could be wrong) we have more soft tissue type injuries than most too.
