It certainly looks like WB has his work cut out this season--injuries,new players to find their feet---WB hasn't always been a raging success--at the KNIGHTS he had 75 games ;34 wins ;40 losses & one draw---45% winning rate---hopefully Sths get off to a positive start !!!

I think we will have a bit better season than last year cause it would have to be bad to be worse but don’t get your hopes up too high we might have a bit of cash to splash in 2026

We'll struggle early on missing so many troops, but all of our players will be an improved version of what they showed last season. They will defend better, run harder, position themselves better and play smarter. I hope to see improvements in the 1% areas to start with.

Our defence was poor against the dragons but it's an easy fix I think. The Dragons simply stacked numbers down our right side and our defence failed to read it and slide across. Wayne will have them practicing counting numbers and adjusting the line accordingly at training. It will help if we don't have last minute replacements rushed into the side to do this but it's pretty fundamental stuff. The Dragons just repeated it over and over in the 1st half and surely we take a lesson from that and not let it happen again.

Apart from that, we showed very promising signs and good fight to not drop our heads.

just heard it on good authority that apparantly Brandon Smith to Souths is all but wrapped up.
Just trying to negotiate with Roosters to sign him after 6 months.

The problem is who they spend it on, because id also be shifting latrels brother who was listed before the allstars with a calf injury but played and now is again on the injury list with that calf,so he never trains and hardly plays, host has to go also alot of injurys limited play time and he cant defend, havili is old and this will probably be his last year, the problem is we have nil talent identifying talent

I think this year is likely to be a rough year in the standings, but hopefully it gives some solid reps for the younger players to come in and get that all-important experience whilst we wait for injuries to recover.
