Rams bench Mark Bulger

The Rams have benched Mark Bulger for their game against Buffalo and by the sound of things Bulger doesn't want to play for Linehan either.

"Team sources did in fact tell the Post-Dispatch on Thursday that Bulger no longer wants to play for coach Scott Linehan. Bulger has declined comment for three consecutive days since his benching became public knowledge."

I know, that offensive line is transparent. Bulger isn't the problem. Atleast we'll get a good draft pick again. Is there a young Orlando Pace type quality player in college worthy of a no.1 or no.2 pick? Or atleast a WR?.

He has 2 awesome receivers, like he did in St Louis, and he is winning games and throwing TD's.

I never liked Bulger either. Green is in trouble, but they could do worse. Maybe they need a scrambling QB to run waya from all the D players???

Bulger has lost a potential Hall of Fame WR in Isaac Bruce and Tory Holt is getting old, so saying that he has to have every thing going for him is a bit harsh, any QB would feel the pinch if this happened.
I think the main problem is the Rams haven't tried to build a defense over the past couple of years. They selected Chris Long this year and that is a step in the right direction.

They have been trying to overhaul the defense. Carricker, Hill, Bartell, Long all taken very high. Traded for Witherspoon. Now the offense is struggling badly. No offensive line, Dane Looker is our 2nd WR on the depth charts ffs. They just need to pick smarter in the drafts.

The Broncos got Cutler, Marshall and some other really good player in the one draft and look at them now.

yeah, they've been picking defense in the 1st round for a few years now and the d gets worse every year. it's amazing.

they have no idea how to draft good players.

then they let curtis walk and bring in good for nothing drew bennett and now they have nothing at wr. they refuse to play avery for some reason and their stuck with looker and dante hall as #2 and #3 wrs. fmd.

linehan has taken the team to the lowest of lows. who knows how long it will take to dig themselves out of this hole.

According to Flea Flicker is it Linehan that wants Holt out..... he even mentioned a release..... who would trade now when thye could just get him as an FA?
