Now there are many ways to obtain the closure you need Stu. Its not a betrayal to sack anybody. If your assistant is getting too uppity, you'll just have to bone him.

You are not a failure as a perosn Stu, you just dont have a special talent at a particular calling in life. There are other positions available in other industries, you'll just have to adjust a bit. People do it everyday.

Kids say terrible things - they understand the world quite differently than we do.

Its not a good idea to take them literally on every occasion, they dont understand boundaries in many cases.

If they could, kids they would eat lollies and play games all day!

The pursuit of excellence in fun-thats what being a kid is mostly about.

The fact that his kid is copping some is not Ropers fault, its merely the bad manners of the other little fellow. He shouldnt bring himself into it.

If this kiddie stuff truly affects him, I might respectfully suggest that he does seek some appropriate help and ways of dealing with it.
