Boo! The Halloween show is always interesting, will tonight live up to past costumed shows?

Eric Bischoff comes out to the ring with Chris Masters. There’s a chair in the ring. Bisch pushes Taboo Tuesday saying RAW will beat Smackdown. But tonight there will be a special Masterlock Challenge. Bisch introduces Teddy Long who will accompany Rey Mysterio.
Rey and Teddy come to the ring.
Masters says he didn’t think Rey Rey had the guts to accept the challenge. He said it was a special night because normally a wrestler has to be - he picks up Rey and puts him on the chair - this tall to compete in the Masterlock Challenge. He then asks of Rey has any questions. Rey says he has a statement. Rey clocks Masters with the mic. Rey started taking him apart, bouncing his head off the back of the chair.
Bisch called for reinforcements. A whole bunch of RAW wrestlers run to the ring, including Lita. Teddy calls for reinforcements and a Bunch of Smackdown wrestlers come out of the audience and into the ring. Mayhem ensues but the Smackdown wrestlers clear the ring of RAW wrestlers, except Masters who is hung up on the second rope. Rey hits the 619 on Masters and they celebrate. The RAW wrestlers are backing up the ramp when Teddy takes a mic and says that Smackdown is more than ready to take them down at Taboo Tuesday.

Recap of Raw vs Smackdown

Outback all the wrestlers are freaking and Bisch starts screaming that Taboo Tuesday is a RAW PPV and they better win because he will not go down to Teddy Long.

Kurt Angle comes to the ring. Recap of Angle’s “win” over Cena last week. Lillian is dressed as the Queen of Hearts in a tiny little dress - yum!
Tajiri comes down to face Angle. They lock up and Angle throws Tajiri to the mat followed up by a Clothesline. He pins, no luck. Angle Suplexes and tries to pin again without luck. Angle tries to stomp Tajiri down, but Tajiri starts using his feet. He doesn’t get far as Angle throws another Suplex.
Angle lock on the Leg Scissors he’s been using a lot lately. Tajiri throws some punches and is able to escape. Tajiri gets trapped in the corner on the mat and Angle stomped him hard.
Irish Whip but Tajiri gets his foot up in Angle’s face. Angle Suplexes, but Tajiri lands on his feet. Tajiri starts using his amazing kicks. He hits a Standing Drop Kick and goes for the cover without luck. Another Standing Drop Kick and Tajiri goes for the Tarantula, but Angle counters with the Ankle Lock. Tajiri taps quickly.
Angle takes a mic and says’s he will win at Taboo Tuesday no matter who the third is. Angle says’ he beat Cena 3 times and showed last week’s “win”.
Cena rushes the ring and attacks Angle. He starts beating Angle, but Angle gets away and leaves the ring. As angle is backing up the ring Cena is yelling, “two times” as in last week’s “win” didn’t count.

- Winner: Kurt Angle

- Commercial

King is dressed more formally as a king. Coach is dressed as Austin.

Recap of the story leading up to HHH’s and Flair’s feud including old Flair clips.

Ric Flair’s music hits and he comes out to the stage with a mic. He said the game isn’t over. He tells Hunter he’s kissed his ass for the last time - tomorrow night he’s going to kick it. He knows they will be in a cage tomorrow night. He then leaves, it is very quick.

- Commercial

Rob Conway comes out looking as lecherous as ever. Recap of Conway beating Coco B. Ware and Eugene’s involvement.
Eugene comes running to the ring and quickly attacks Rob. Eugene has complete control. Rob goes out and tries to get a chair but Eugene stops him. As they get back in the ring Rob drops a bunch of Elbows on Eugene taking control. He traps Eugene in a corner and throws punches. Eugene tries to counter with an elbow to the face, but Rob gets a Scoop Slam off.
Rob slaps him in the face and Eugene gets pissed. Eugene goes for a Stunner, but isn’t able to get it off, but he hits the Rock Bottom but Rob got a foot on the rope to stop the count.
Rob rolls out of the ring and grabs a chair. Rob is outside the ring on a knee catching his breath when Eugene reaches out to pull him in. Rob swings the chair up nailing Eugene in the head with it. The ref calls for the bell. Rob climbs in the ring and hits Eugene in the back with the chair.
Hacksaw Jim Duggan comes out with his 2 X 4 in hand. Kamala follows him out. Duggan gets in the ring and hits Rob in the gut with the 2 X 4. Hacksaw hit Rob with a Spinning Scoop Slam and Jimmy ‘Superfly’ Snooka climbs in the ring and up top. Kamala hits a Big Slash on Rob.
King puts on a Burger King mask and goes down to join the action. Superfly flies through the air hitting Rob on the mat. King walks down to the ring and climbs. He hits Rob with his Flying Fist. All the old guys congratulate each other.
It’s so nice to see all these old guys get back at Conway.

- Winner: Eugene via DQ

Grisham is outback dressed as Harry Cary (sp?) Doing horrible impressions of whoever he’s dressed as. (Sorry to show my ignorance.) Outback Gregory Helms walks up, just looks at him and walks away. Foley walks out of the production trailer and up to Todd. Todd asks what he’s doing. Foley says he heard Carlito had a surprise for him, so he was setting up a little surprise of his own. He then told Todd he liked his Church Lady costume and walks away as Todd goes back into his terrible impression.

- Commercial

Slam of The Week was Carlito’s attack of Foley last week.

Carlito says he doesn’t know who’s he’s facing tomorrow night - the biggest cheer was for Cactus Jack. He says who ever he faces will be beaten.
On the titantron is suddenly Dude Love who says he will have no mercy on him. Then Cactus Jack comes on and says he has no guarantees other than pain. Then Mankind says a horrible little rhyme including Mr. Socko. (I love Foley in all his incarnations - cheap plug.)
Coach says to Carlito he will beat whoever he faces. But that doesn’t matter right now because he’s calling Austin right now. Stone Cold Coachman goes to the ring and says he won’t leave until Stone Cold Steve Austin comes out.

- Commercial

Coach is in the ring (he’s even wearing the knee braces). He says he knows why Austin won’t come out because he smells a rat, and he’s right. So he’s going to show his hand for tonight and for Taboo Tuesday.
He will show who will be in his corner. Out comes Goldust!!! (He’s thin again.) Because Austin stuffed Goldust in a porta-potty, Goldust is ready to back Coach. Coach says if Austin doesn’t come out they are going to look for him.
Vince comes out to say that Austin was allegedly in an accident and won’t be here tonight or at Taboo Tuesday. So due to a forfeiture Coach wins the match. But since Vince promised a match featuring Coach. But there was no one in Coach’s league at RAW, so he had to go to Smackdown. Since Coach was the number 1 announcer Vince got Funaki.
Funaki comes to the ring. Before Funaki can say anything Coach and Goldust attack him and beat the crap out of him. They roll him from the ring and Coach says he can face someone better than Funaki. Vince says the first person to step up will face Coach, but we won’t know who that is until tomorrow.
Batista’s music hits and he comes out to the ring. Coach looks freaked. Coach tries to cheap shot Batista. Before Batista can do much Goldust attacks him. Goldust is beating him down when music I don’t recognize hits.
Out comes Vader!!! Batista is gaining control over Goldust and Vader gets in the ring and attacks Batista. Vader holds Batista so Coach can Bitch Slap him.
All three heels then leave the ring area. Batista is left inside pissed and cussing.

- Commercial

Recap of the Australia tour.

HHH comes out in wrestling gear. Big Vis comes out, guess they’re trying this match again.
As Vis is climbing over the top rope HHH pulls the rope up hard. He then starts punching Vis hard. Vis gets in the ring and the match starts. HHH hits the Pedigree, covers Vis and gets the three.
They both leave the ring and HHH takes the top layer of the stairs and hit Vis over the head with them sending him over the barrier.
HHH then gets in the ring with a mic. He says he’s done a lot of bad things and takes responsibility for his actions. But her will not feel bad about what he does to Flair in the ring tomorrow. He says that’s how he is, and how Flair used to be.

- Winner: HHH

- Commercial

Recap of all the matches for Taboo Tuesday and all the votes we can make.

Grisham is outback with Cena. Cena cuts him off before he can say anything. Cena says he doesn’t want to talk to Todd in the character he’s dressed as - Barbara Bush? Orville Redenbacker? Beethoven? Todd say he’s Harry Cary and does his impression again.
Cena say it’s sad, but not as sad as Angle coming after him for the title. Sad is HBK and the look in his eyes looking at him wanting the title. Sad is Big Show and Kane wanting his title. What’s he going to do, backdown? Hell no, he never backs down. As of tomorrow the champ will be there and will stay there because he’s not losing his belt at Taboo Tuesday.

- Commercial

Lillian start announcing a Texas Tornado match, but one of the Heartthrobs takes her mic and say that they came as Batman and Batman tonight for Halloween. Big Show comes to the ring and the Heartthrobs scatter. Then Kane comes out (guess he’s feeling better than I thought).
Romeo and Antonio are grabbed by their heads from the outside and dragged into the ring. Kane and Show take turns trying to out-do each other in hurting the little guys.
Show then does a Superplex from the second rope like what he did to Kane last week. Kane then booted the other in the face followed up by a Clothesline from the top. He then tossed Romeo from the ring. Show picked him up and threw him back in over the top rope.
They then did dual Choke Slams. They then both covered their respective Heartthrob for the win.

- Winners: Kane & Big Show

Outback Candice Michelle is getting ready for the Diva costume contest. She appears to be a Dominatrix, but all three heels had been dressed that way in the ring last week, so who knows.

- Commercial

Recap of Taboo Tuesday Press Conference.

King is in the ring for the Diva Costume Contest. Ashley comes out first as a Dark Angle. She’s wearing a silver corset, garters, fishnets, black feathered wings, horns, and FMB’s (f**k me boots - thigh high patent leather.
Maria is a Victoria’s Secret Angle in a white bra, tiny white tutu, a feathered halo and white feathered wings.
Candice Michelle is Cat Woman in black slashed PVC bell bottoms, a black bra, some bondage straps, and a Michelle Pfeiffer Cat Woman mask. She’s carrying a whip.
Mickie James comes out dressed at Trish Stratus in one of Trish’s black and pink wrestling outfits, a blonde wig and a fake title belt.
Victoria is a baseball player in a baseball shirt, a tiny petticoated miniskirt and a Chicago White Sox cap. She’s carrying a baseball bat - wooden.
Trish is Wonder Woman, right down to the black wig and cape. Though Wonder Woman never wore a tiny little top ans even tinier bottoms. She brings her belt out with her. Mickie holds the ropes for Trish.
King asks Mickie if she’s dressed as Trish, she says of course she is, who else would she be?
King then had the crowd choose the winner, by holding a hand over each Diva’s head and listening for applause. He went through Ashley and Maria before Mickie jumps in and tells the crowd they should be cheering for Trish. Victoria takes the mic from her and tells her she needed to calm her little ass down. Mickie bonks Victoria on the head with her fake title belt. Victoria sets up and swings her bat at Mickie who ducks. Mickie then kicks Victoria in the gut sending her out through the bottom and second ropes to the outside.
Candice Michelle tries to make a break for it, but doesn’t get away. Each of the four faces grab an appendage and lifts. They bounce her up and down a couple times before dropping her hard to the mat.
Victoria gets back in the ring and tosses Mickie out over the top rope. Trish is ready for Victoria turns around and nails her on the chin with a Chick Kick dropping her to the mat. Victoria rolls from the ring.
Trish grabs her belt and stands on the bottom rope with her belt held high.
Victoria and Candice back up the ramp together. I just realized the Torrie Wilson wasn’t there. Torrie has won the past couple Halloween costume contests - wonder where she is?

Cena comes out for his match with HBK to huge pop. HBK comes out to almost as loud of a crowd. Anaheim is the place he won his first WWF title. Cena doesn’t look too happy.
They get nose to nose and talk smack before HBK starts Chopping Cena. Cena pops him hard and drops him to the mat. They lock up and HBK gets a Hammer Lock applied, Cena reverses it. HBK gets an Arm Lock on Cena and gets him on the mat. The fans are chanting, You tapped out” to Cena. Cena fights his way up. HBK gets a Headlock on Cena and gets him back to the mat. Cena fights his way out. HBK puts the Headlock on again and flips him on his back again.
Cena gets out and hits a Hip Toss, but HBK gets that Headlock on again and Cena is on his back once more. Cena fight out but got dropped by a hard Shoulder. Cena tries to toss HBK out of the ring, but HBK holds on and Skins the Cat.
HBK grabs Cena who turns around and Clotheslines HBK to the mat. Then a punch to the mat followed by a Back Body Drop on HBK. Cena goes for the cover, but only gets two. (For some reason the crowd loves HBK and are cheering for him.) Another Elbow puts HBK back on the mat for another two count. Cena goes for the FU, but HBK wiggles out of it, none too gracefully and rolls from the ring to collect himself.
Cena follows HBK out of the ring. HBK slides in fast and hits Cena with a couple of Axe Handles to the back when he slides back in the ring. HBK puts Cena in a corner and nails a bunch of Chops. An Irish Whip is reversed and HBK gets flipped up onto the top turn buckle briefly. Cena tries to capitalize with a Clothesline but HBK ducks then hits a Swinging DDT. HBK goes for the cover but Cena kicks out.
HBK drops a couple of Elbows on the back of Cena’s neck. The crowd is now behind Cena chanting his name - very strange audience tonight. Cena gets Irish Whipped into a corner hard enough to drop him to the mat. HBK lock in a Sleeper Hold. HBK keeps Cena in the center of the ring and Cena ends up down on the mat not fighting the hold. The ref drops Cena’s hand almost 3 times, but Cena valiantly fights out and Suplexes HBK to get out of the hold. Both men are on the mat, but get up at the same time.
They exchange Chops, then Cena hits two Clotheslines, a Flying Shoulder and another Suplex. Cena hits the Five Knuckle Shuffle. He goes for the FU, but HBK wiggles out again. He hits Cena with a couple of Chops then a Flying Forearm. HBK Nips Up and hits a couple of Clotheslines. HBK climbs, but Cena moves out of the way before HBK hits him with an Elbow. HBK hits the mat hard.
Angle runs into the ring and starts stomping HBK giving Cena the win via DQ. Angle then starts stomping Cena. Angle gives HBK a Belly to Belly Suplex. Angle stands over HBK yelling for a moment. As he turns around he walks right into a Clothesline by Cena.
Cena is about to FU Angle and HBK hits Sweet Chin Music. HBK calls for the belt and looks at it closely. HBK holds up the belt and spins the spinner as Cena reaches for it from the mat. HBK then drops the belt onto Cena who hugs it to his chest.

- Winner: John Cena via DQ

did they mention anything about Captain Charisma?

It would be on Smackdown. Currently I am trying to come to terms with him leaving! Does anyone know if there is any way to get TNA in Australia? Honest question.

Woot the long awaited return of Mankind and Dude Love.

Goldust and Vader...wow.

A much better show then last week from the sound of things. THough they're practically given away to main event now.

That's why Taboo Tuesday is a total fraud. They're making the fans vote in HBK, vote for the steel cage, vote for the street fight due to the other two options being stupid, vote for Rey/JBL etc.

Pretty pathetic.

I don't know about boring. Most fans in America are saying that it was unpredictable and a good show (shades of the attitude era)

i reckon it was a better episode compared to what they've been showing recently...i found some parts of it pretty unpredictable (who woulda guessed Batista would appear and go up against coach and the appearance of gold dust and vader was pretty surprising)

...i was just dissapointed that the mainevent got interupted; i reckon that could have been a good match (did anyone else notice that cena was getting booed occasionaly during the match)

so you thought the following were predicable:
- scsa having an 'accident' ... perhaps sh!thouse, but hardly predictable
- bastista to face coach
- goldust returning
- vader returning
- funaki on raw

i get the feeling that you're a person who combs the internet for as many spoilers as he can, then complains about how everything is predictable.

SCSA was decent. Batista bores me as a wrestler and as an entertainer. Sorry he is like Cena to me, I just don't like him. Goldlust and Vader please they are has beens. Why not push Benjamin?

I am yet to see a decent show before a PPV in ages. I watch the shows before I even look at spoilers.

as usual, i'll do a little +ve, -ve recap thingy:
negative:
- the weak way in which stone cold didn't appear
- the diva segment went too long
- funaki on raw
- conway v eugene
- todd grisham

positive:
- batista on raw again!
- michaels going kinda crazy over the belt ... semi-heelish
- cena getting booed to f*ck against hbk
- vader falling over when stepping out of the ring
- viscera match not lasting more than 2 mins
- show and kane as a tag team (show after kane clotheslines one of the heart throbs over the top rope: 'that was my guy!')

overall, a decent show, that never really made up for the sh*thouse way in which scsa was removed from the tt card.

that's not the point. i said, you may have thought some of the stuff was boring, but you can hardly call the show predictable.

it was one of the more unpredicatble shows in some time.
