and of course you know more coaching and support staffs.

Where have I read this line before.

He'll be rested if the coaching staffs think he needs it. He'll play if they don't.

I think they have the runs on the board and know what they're doing.
We don't need Brian for the next 3 weeks

Liam Henry has played 41 games. He is a second year rookie and still learning his trade. He has the desire, mongrel and ability to be a great front rower for us. He will get better with experience. Leota was a penalty/error machine early on as well. I think he will develop nicely to replace Leota. Talk of letting him go is crazy. At worst he will be a great bench front rower if Patea and Smith become the long term front row.

Personally, because of his aggression, next year I would start him to take the early intensity and then bring on Patea to carve them up with his offloads and footwork.
I also remember JFH losing us a SF with some bad penalties; it’s what young forwards do.

maybe To'o plays this week given its a derby with the Luai, Tito, May connections

wouldnt be against it if To'o played this week and gets rested for Titans and Knights games

i feel the Tigers will try to go as long as they can with us - Titans and Knights i can see them phoning it in if we dominate early

We probably get a premiership in those years with Ivan instead of Griffin.

Sharks, Melbourne and the Roosters were the premiers those years.

Even with a different coach I'm not sure our squads were going to beat those sides. Melbourne feature in all three grand finals in that period and had Cameron Smith.

Good coaches would have worked over Cartwright and Peachy in defence. Cronk and Smith would pick on them every set.

Of 2016-18 I'd call 2018 the best squad overall. And it was held together by James Maloney who was a turnstile.

2003 you could afford to get away with loose defenders. Not anymore.

I was watching the 2003 highlights DVD with my nephew and few months back and was amazed at how poor out wide defence was.

Staggered lines everywhere.

Pretty much any line break was a try if you had support or beat the fullback.
