Great finish. The Thurston no try was a try. The bunkers last camera 5 shot (If I remember correctly) did not show Thurston knocking on nor was Carl Felts flick back of his shin a knock on or a forward pass. Need to see it again but as it stands it was a f**king try.

Eh, ball hit the ground when he didn't have complete control...happy for that to be deemed a knock on. *Edit* There might be a case for a North Queensland scrum though, Feldt's bat-back might have touched Greg Eden who was in touch.

Sensational finish to the game though and I thought the commentators were spot on when they said it was a better spectacle than the Grand Final last year. The hype surrounding the 2015 Grand Final revolves solely on that final play from Michael Morgan that took the game to over-time and the subsequent error from Ben Hunt, many forget that the bulk of the game was actually a dour grind with the Broncos shutting up shop at the 60th min.

Back to the game tonight I will add that Anthony Milford has definitely surpassed my expectations as a half. Absolutely electric when playing in the front line and not a complete liability in defence. Still has room to grow as his composure in the desperation moments develops (even though he locked the game up at the death he also kicked like Ben Roberts) and he will be a hell of a player in the coming years.

JT was no try but definitely should have been Cowboys scrum feed due to a knock on/in touch by Eden

I dunno if the ball hit the ground. I thought it was 50/50. Had it not been pre-judged as a no try, I think it gets awarded.

And I agree, Milf was very good and the gf wasn't as great as media guys pretend. And Super Morgs' bro was good in both.

Yes for a supposedly boring side Broncs have recently been involved In two of the greatest matches I've ever seen.

But vautin's barracking for them in every video decision was nauseating

The dogs are a damn good side. Shows up even more how good our performance was last weekend against them. They have a lot of tries in them and we gave them nothing.

Yep, that was my feeling too watching the Dogs stretch to 32-0. We were able to hold them out where Souths crumbled. We are contenders this season... we just have to win the games we are expected to as well (like Monday's).

Good strong side but very predictable. If you get numbers in the tackle and wrap the ball up they struggle in the halves. Against the Bunnies they had plenty of time. The same can be said for a lot of teams as it is the best way to limit most teams however the Dogs don't have a lot of points in them when that happens.

The Cowboys were hard done by IMO. Lots of penalties, they scored more tries and looked to dominate the Broncos. Penalties kept the Broncos in the game.

Lucky the Raiders are going to win this because Ricky wouldn't have much to whinge about with the refs cause they have had some very favourable calls.

Shoulder charges are now ok too.

72nd minute. Looked to me like Greg Bird dropped his knee on the tackler underneath him. I'd like to see a replay.
