They're just not a good football team, this Wests Tigers side. Can rarely even do the basics that you'd expect to flow after they make a break, or when they're putting it through the hands on the last, or when they need to catch a bomb, or just hold onto the ball etc.

No excuses really - they've got Api, and Brooks is half-decent in fairness. But there's a whole lot of blokes across the paddock that just look lost. Doesn't bode at all well for when the Benji and Farah show steps up from being assistants to the real deal.

Was just one of those nights where everything they did went right, and everything the Cowboys did went wrong.
The Tigers were always going to come crashing back down to earth after that, their attack has been awful all year apart from that one game.

This is just a narrative. The linebreak discrepancy represents dominance by one team. "f**king up" a given break is a normal possible outcome of a linebreak. Failing to score from seven of them is freakish bad luck.
