I will be telling everyone when we burn down commbank after the GF win that i was here the night we beat the Titans on a sunday night in late june 2025 where it was sub 10 degrees for a 16th v 17th clash.

I think the commission threating to over rule the MRC has given them a rocket to be more harsher on some incidents.

I suspect some players not just us will cop some suspensions so it covers the MRC arse.

You'd think Samrani in for Penisini is the simplest option.

But, you're not going to be able to work out if Papali'i is a realistic option for 6 in 2026 unless you continue to give him game time there. I'd consider persevering with Papali'i at 6 and play Brown at centre. What have we got to lose?

I doubt Drown is going to be moved anytime soon, with us still in finals contention.

Think they got the usual extra week for being a Parra player, need some convincing that’s not the case at the MRC, happens too often to be a coincidence

The thing I was impressed with last night was they didnt have to rely heavily on what we're missing, they came in with a game plan around Hawkins, Iongi, Papalli and I thought the attack was outstanding. I have a more confidence than I did last year when we had Asi, Talagi and Brown

Williams has been a great buy and Paulo played one of his best games.

The Smith tackle was peak stupidity though. The tackle was virtually complete, his involvement was completely unnecessary.

Maybe a break will be good for him.

It looked like a mistake under fatigue to me. Which makes me think a break will be handy.

I thought the Penisini one should’ve gotten a few weeks, but I think that about a lot of bad tackles and they never do. So I am surprised by this.

The Smith tackle didn’t look like it deserved a suspension.
