Well we saw tonight what some young blood could do it must be embarrassing for the senior players .

Matterson does exactly what every side needs, does the tackles and hit ups, he’s let down as teams need a line breaker backrower to do the other job.Unfortunately Lane doesn’t do that , Bryce is ok, Doorey at least runs decent lines and looks for breaks.
Ofa and Matto did well, Reggie tried all night and Junior is a light of another day

Guymer showed what younger legs and enthusiasm adds , Doorey too. Talagi another young uo and comer.

Not a lot of,faith in our recruitment gurus getting the balance right and extensions done that are needed. Also why there is a delay in announcing the coach, seems counterproductive.

Honestly what a joke of a performance. Souths werent even that good but yet again this team has made the weaker teams look like title contenders. I was disappointed last week and even more tonight. They've got nothing.

Just looked at the presser, how on earth is Barrett going to provide any impetus to the team. Such a downbeat expression and responses, it does need a reset at coach level and someone to light up the recruitment and retention area, preferably not someone who’s a life member of a rival club.
