Sure but if their ceiling is NSW CUP then they can play 100 NRL games and still be NSW cup level due to not being physically gifted.

R.Smiths a good example
He is all energy and effort but in 15 games averages 17 run mtrs. Hasn't had 1 x LBA or 1 x TA and his support play is non existent.
At some point you'd have to question his ceiling. He can't run or play make. He can tackle and has energy. Is he better then Hands or Lussick or just younger. Hands for mine is superior.

So Smith plays like Kenny for panthers....barely sets up tries ....but works hard....never stopped Kenny being an NRL player.....

BTW Kenny has 121 games but only 1 TA this year! And only managed 2 in his first 3 years of NRL...

Kenny is by far the worse spine players Penrith has had in the last 7yrs. His attack is bottom 5 of all hookers in comp.
But he hits like a Fridge,plays 80mins and average 47 tackles a game.

Well the weak clubs need players too. There’s 510 top 30 spots in the NRL. Pretty soon there’ll be 540. All positions need to be filled.

don't think the Raiders result was all doom....

yeah plenty to improve but the score only blew out in the last 10 mins.

Poor completion rate (59%), to many errors (16) along with 5 penalties (we got 1), and 4 six again (we got none), meant we ran out of gas in the last 10. These things can be fixed.

Additionally we had a few players out too, Moses is a big loses. Both starting edges are out. Moretti was also going ok before his injury.

Plenty to work on, but last 2 weeks we have gone with the 2 in form teams, with poor completions, errors and lots of players out.

My problem with it is that it was the same problems from the last month of games. It’s not good enough to say there’s plenty to work on, that shit should’ve already been worked on
