Yeah we'd ride him into the ground with expectation. I've been impressed with what little I've seen of him.
It's funny how the Dogs were supposed to be screwed cap wise for the next few years and yet they've seemingly offloaded everyone they need to and even made a big offer for Oates (since withdrawn apparently, but still).

From what i gather they offloaded guys so can buy 4 or 5 decent players at around the 300k mark rather then 5 x 100k players.
Amd they have released Woods and !bye who would of been 1.3-1.4 between them.
Eastwood and Morris bros where just off contract.
