Extremely unlikely. He looks gone and I dont think they would be risking him.

5 seasons of it actually. Good show but should have stopped after 3.Extremely unlikely. He looks gone and I dont think they would be risking him.

So the attacking player runs it up, gets tackled by 3 players, and the second he feels them touch the ball, he lets go for the easiest penalty?I am not a fan of this rule interpretation they have brought in where it is obvious there is a benefit of doubt going to the defensive team in strip calls. This "no stripping action/motion" we are now hearing (Parra was on the wrong end of a bad one last week).
My problem with it is they happen when there is a defender's hand all over the ball trying to lock the ball up but not completing the tackle - all as part of a wrestling/gang tackle tactic.
Just about every problem in the reffing of the game comes from wrestling/gang tackle tactics.
I'd give the benefit of doubt in those ones depending on whether there is 2 or less in the tackle (in which case B of D to defending team) or if there is 3 or more in the tackle (B of D to attacking team).
I've got no problem with that.So the attacking player runs it up, gets tackled by 3 players, and the second he feels them touch the ball, he lets go for the easiest penalty?
I think we should consider a rule change that if you take the penalty kick at goal play is then restarted with a drop out rather than kick off from half way.I'll have to watch the replay at half time but it looked to me the Panthers deliberately gave away the time penalty on the dropout. Tigers were stupid to have taken the two as the Panthers looked gassed which is why they were happy to give up the two.
Then down the other end, Tigers should have failed to pack the scrum and given away their own time penalty. Instead scrum formed and try time Panthers.
Great idea. That would put a stop to cynically giving away penalties when you know your team is exhausted, as all Bellamy and Robinson coached teams do.I think we should consider a rule change that if you take the penalty kick at goal play is then restarted with a drop out rather than kick off from half way.
if only Panthers weren’t so shitSo I've backed the Tigers but if they're going to lose I hope they get absolutely smashed. The heady heights of 13th place await us.
